I have had an experience in growing of my personal responsibility skills, communication skills as well as having a customer focus mindset through intensive research of goods, services or products in my previous training at Generation Kenya as a Digital Customer Service. I was able to deliver day’s designs in my internship workplace through the right communication channels so as to create new food packages which some were used for relief as well as new catalogue designs for the company.

Furthermore, I was detail oriented in making sure my client’s needs were met especially when there were adjustments needed in designing. I have worked using various editing and designing software’s for video, audio and still images. Furthermore, I am equipped with broadcast technology and studio skills thus having knowledge on studio settings and camera operations. And also, I have had some experience working in various sales and marketing fora with the use of digital analytic marketing tools.
