I have over 13 years' experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for public health, HIV and humanitarian programs, with vast knowledge in implementing PEPFAR and Global Fund grants. I have vast in Global Fund program and reporting requirements, with over 11 years of working for Kenya Red Cross Society, providing strategic guidance and leadership for Global Fund grant management. Also, worked for Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF) as Data Manager for a CDC grant; Kenya National AIDs/STI Control Program (NASCOP) as Data Management Officer. I have led numerous project monitoring and evaluation aspects through designing M&E tools and systems, oversee operationalisation of tools and reporting at national level. I am also experienced in project design & management, HIV Programming, stakeholders management, quantitative and qualitative measurements.
I have over 13 years of work experience in monitoring and evalution field. Currently working for Kenya Red Cross Society as monitoring, evaluation and learning manager since 2017, in which I am responsible for the development and operationalization of the MEAL Frameworks and reporting for the Global Fund programme. I have also held other position in Kenya Red Cross Society as a program coordinator, overseeing program implementation and integrating value for money in all interventions. Previously, worked for Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF) as Data Manager for a CDC grant; Kenya National AIDs/STI Control Program (NASCOP) as Data Management Officer; among others.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science, Statistics and post graduate studies in Monitoring and Evaluation and Grants/Project management, and vast in Global Fund requirements.
