Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in Commerce(Management Science major), I have worked in busy environments in different capacities including my current role as a customer service executive at a tier 1 bank in Kenya.

I am a Customer Service Executive at Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Been working in this position since 2017.
Prior to that I was a Direct Sales Executive in the same organization between the years 2016 and 2017
In 2015 up until 2016 I worked for Opportunity Kenya(now GetBucks) as a Front Desk Officer and later joined the sales force team.
