This is to introduce myself Mr. Guy Kakande Mwesigwa, of the Technical University of Kenya pursuing Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, (Control and instrumentation) Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment.

Experience

Following your posting for a maintenance engineer to join your company, I felt compelled to submit my application. The experience I have gained has seen me deliver quality solutions for various organizations. Having worked as an Engineer in different capacities with extensive years of professional experience excelling in project management, production management and maintenance, I am confident that this position is the best fit for me.

I possess a record of success analyzing operations, then designing and instituting methodologies that work to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Over the years, I have attained numerous milestones such as; designed, implemented and commissioned production machines (Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing at African pipes (ASP) which were taken to Algers (Algeria) to be installed and start production of spiral steel pipes, successfully handled Energy Audit of all Barclays Bank Branches in Kampala, Uganda and also did BoQs for Uganda Revenue Authority and Soroti University and also maintained the most modern electrical and control systems in the world at EABL (Kenya).

Additionally, my leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solving problems and delivering the highest quality solutions. I am also attentive to the criticism of others, and I highly value the feedback that will make my projects run more smoothly.
