I am a seasoned, enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable customer service agent who is always optimistic and strives to achieve both my personal and organizational goals.
Currently, I am working at CCI Kenya as a call center agent.
The specifics of this role included:

· Support the team in the absence of the team leader
As an agent, I am the go to person and a favorite to many customers at CCI Kenya Metro by T-Mobile. I always strive to ensure that customers feel welcome and gain insight from customized conversations whilst working to resolve their queries.

● Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
● Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
● Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods.
● Handle customer complaints , provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution.
● Keep records of customer interactions , process customer accounts and file documents.
● Follow communication procedures,guidelines and policies.
