Halima

Dahir has more than 10 years of professional experience in health care service delivery in both the public and private sectors. Her professional expertise is in clinical service delivery, both in the facility and community advocacy, health system strengthening, site improvement through monitoring systems and project management. Halima is currently working as the Principal Program Officer (PPO) covering Wajir, Garissa and Mandera counties.

She has acquired strategic planning, project management, and budgeting competencies through working with PEPFAR funded HIV/TB/RH/MNCH projects. Halima holds a BSc Health System Management from Kenya Methodist University, Diploma in Nursing from Kenya Medical Training College, certificate on project management development pro 1 (PMD PRO-1), and a master's degree in public health from Mount Kenya University.
