I am a graduate Student at KCA (Msc. DataAnalytics ) while also being employed at Wananchi Group as a Service Engineer with a currently growing skill set in the Data Analytics field. Frankly, I am passionate about analytical engineering . Skills: Python, Apache Kafka, Flume, Hadoop, Pyspark, Tableau and PostgreSQL, among others. I look forward to gaining experience in this exciting field and contribute to it.

Extensive troubleshooting and remote fault finding for all customer escalated matters including but not limited to HFC, GPON, METRO, MPLS, WiMAX, DTH, SDH, VSAT, TV , domain hosting and managed Wi-Fi.
Open trouble tickets, share regular updates and follow up to closure after resolution with exceptional investigation and debugging skills
Liaise with internal / external partners on last-mile faults.
