I have also inducted and oriented new hires to the company policies and procedures. In addition, I have served as a Deputy Presiding Officer in an election, conducting training and overseeing the management of the election process.
My responsibilities have included counting, tallying, and announcing provisional results, as well as ensuring the good conduct of elections.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in the principles and practices of managing people in organizations. Through my studies, I have gained knowledge in a range of HR-related areas such as employee recruitment, selection, and training; performance management;
compensation and benefits; and labor relations. I have also developed skills in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking that are essential for success in the field.
