DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial bookkeeping (Quick Books): Bill payment, data entry closing our and all reports.

Assist in weekly distribution of funds and manage petty cash

Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.

Assist in maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard finances and assets

Keeping an updated asset log inventory of all CCP assets

Assist in managing the payroll activities of staff
