During the last few years I have worked as a freelance chef in various fine dining kitchens in Central London. This experience has allowed me to gain much more knowledge on new food trends. I have been able to run a service, managed teams to serve large functions and helped in creating new menus.
I'm residing currently in Nairobi till middle of March in hope of finding a new job as I can help to introduce new recipes and maintain high standards.
With my work experience throughout my career, I am adept in organisation, time management and task prioritisation. Moreover, while my job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including good communication and employee relations, I excel at ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

I have great experience and knowledge of HACCP and additional standards as I opened my own ice cream business a few years ago and also have worked with different head chefs to maintain and make improvements for more efficient and cost effective work.
