As a passenger service agent at the Tradewinds Aviation Services at JKIA, I experienced alot for the 6 months attachee period time. This role typically includes tasks such as assisting passengers with ticketing and boarding processes, handling inquiries and issues, ensuring smooth check-in procedures, and coordinating the efficient arrival and departure of flights. I also experienced managing luggage, providing assistance to passengers with special needs, and working closely with airline staff and security personnel to maintain airport security and safety standards.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to the detail are essential skills in this role, as it helps create a positive and efficient travel experience for passengers.
Studying Diploma in Air Cargo Management equipped me with managerial skills and operational part of it too. Schooled at Air Travel and Related Studies Centre for a 2 year course period inclusive of internship.
