Harrison is a result-driven, performance-based Range ecologist, Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with over 14 years of experience supporting and supervising a variety of programs in Africa for local and international NGOs. Harrison has experience designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects in agriculture, advocacy, women, youth, climate change and resilience, and reproductive health using mixed methods (RCTS, FGD, KII, Outcome Mapping, community mapping, and so on). I am equally adept at coordinating work execution, knowledge production, and ensuring that the M&E system designed is effective and efficient in generating data and information. Harrison is a detail-oriented, results-driven, and innovative ecological processes and ecosystem interactions, Monitoring and Evaluation specialist who has worked on projects involving R&D, entrepreneurship, and innovation development. As an M&E practitioner, I plan, execute, and support all M&E activities for the assigned project(s) at the CABI regional office. Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Burundi, and India are among the countries where I have worked. Working with local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) such as ILRI, International Potato Centre, GTZ, USAID, Kings University College Canada, and Christian Reformed World Relief Committee, SNV, UNDP, Christian Aid, Concern Worldwide, Farm Concern International, CARE, CordAid, and IIRR, among others, has been a highlight of my career. Rware holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Range Management from the University of Nairobi.
