Having attained a diploma in Business administration and management, I have taken pride in my ability to offer courteous, reliable service, and have worked hard to meet deadlines efficiently. I am dedicated to my work and I do my best to ensure that the customer’s and company’s needs are met.

I have six years in management, Planning as well data analysis. Through planning I am good in time keeping, commitment, Review, factoring cost and Microsoft excel formulas and data.I have worked with Tally ,Sage and SAP.

• Create, review, and submit all daily invoices.
• Oversee daily invoicing process, including providing quality assurance, quality control, and customer service; 
• Ensure that invoicing deadlines are met and tasks are completed
• Interpret and clarify policies and procedures related to invoicing
• Review, analyze, and resolve errors in invoices and other materials to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
• In charge of petty cash 
• Review final invoices before the chief financial officer’s signature

• Handling both receivables and payables.

• Rechecking if casual/piecework payment is well calculated

• Preparing weekly wage sheets for the casuals.

• Preparing salary and attendance records for casuals’ employees.
• Recording the right hours each worked.
• Ensuring each employee collects his pay together with his identification to avoid paying the wrong person
