Hillary Murangiri

I'm an aspiring front-end developer with a growing passion for building interactive and responsive web interfaces. I’m currently learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and actively working on personal projects to deepen my understanding of modern web development. I enjoy transforming ideas into functional and visually appealing user experiences, with attention to clean code and usability.

I'm also familiar with tools like Visual Studio Code and GitHub, and I'm constantly exploring new frameworks and design principles to enhance my skills.

 

I'm an aspiring front-end developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. During my learning journey, I've worked on small projects such as interactive games, responsive layouts, and user-friendly forms. I’ve used tools like Visual Studio Code and GitHub to manage and push code, gaining experience with version control and collaborative workflows.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) at the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, where I am gaining a solid foundation in both business and technology. My studies have covered key areas such as web development, programming, database systems, networking, system analysis, and cybersecurity.

Through practical coursework and lab sessions, I’ve developed skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general software development principles. I’ve also been introduced to IT project management, giving me insights into real-world tech solutions from both a technical and business perspective. This blend of business and IT knowledge is helping me approach front-end development with a strong understanding of user needs, interface design, and functionality.
