I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I am passionate about my job and I get a great sense of actualization from seeing my desired results in both students and the team I lead.

If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well. I am an effective communicator, both in writing and verbally and I have a strong ability to plan and organize effectively; something which is crucial to the role of a competent teacher and leader.
