I am a dedicated Research Assistant with a strong passion for academic inquiry, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. I support research projects by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, managing documentation, and assisting in the preparation of reports and publications. As a Research Assistant, I have supported various academic and applied research projects through tasks such as data collection, statistical analysis, literature review, and administrative coordination. I’ve worked closely with principal investigators and research teams to ensure accurate documentation, ethical research practices, and timely project delivery. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, which provided me with a strong foundation in programming, data structures, databases, and systems analysis. In addition, I earned a Certificate in Information Technology, further enhancing my practical skills in computer systems, networking, and software tools. My academic training has been complemented by hands-on experience during my internship at the Department of IT in Kitui County, where I assisted with system support and digital services.

I also have experience in the cyber café environment, which has sharpened my customer service, troubleshooting, and everyday tech support abilities.
