I have 3 years working as a messenger and courier, working with a few companies , which has provided me with a strong foundation in been detail oriented, organized and focused on improving both customer and company satisfaction.

I am passionate about accountability, integrity, collaboration and excellence. I believe that these qualities make me a strong candidate for this position.

As a messenger and courier, I was responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within a timely manner. I had to ensure that the items were delivered to the correct recipients and obtain signatures as proof of delivery. Additionally, I often interacted with clients and colleagues in a professional manner, ensuring that their requests and concerns were addressed promptly.

I was also responsible for managing a volumes of deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. I used GPS and routing software to plan the most efficient delivery routes and maintained accurate records of all deliveries. I also had to ensure that all items were properly packaged and secured during transit to prevent damage or loss.

As an office assistant, I was responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and coordinating schedules. I am organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, I often worked closely with other members of the office team to ensure that all tasks were completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Overall, my professional experience has given me a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.

My most relevant education background is my university current degree in Information Technology (IT). I am pursuing this field of study as I have a passion for technology and a desire to work in the IT industry. During my time in university, I have gained knowledge and skills in various areas of IT such as programming, networking, database management, and cybersecurity. I participate in various projects and activities that allow me to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.
