Planning and monitoring of school activity including academics co-curricular actives pastoral and community services. Implement policies and procedures as directed by board of governors, act as a advisors to the CEO and board of governors of matters education. Collect, collate and present performance data to the board of governors upon request. Meet the board of governors when requested.
Chair school leadership meeting at least 3 times a week. Meet with parent visitors and guests with the aim of resolving their grievances and maintaining a healthy relationship between the school and stakeholders. Address issues concerning staff, student and parents in accordance with the standard operating procedures. Ensure that the ISO programs are continuously audited with the aim of improving the same. Hold parent open forums to seek feedback and input
