I have over 3 years of experience in property valuation, investment analysis, infrastructure research, and development consulting. I’ve worked with the Ministry of Lands and contributed to national housing and land administration projects. I also support private-sector clients with market reports and content writing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from JKUAT, with training in property rating, land economics, investment analysis, GIS mapping, and infrastructure planning. My final research focused on the impact of infrastructural development on property values along Thika Road in Kiambu County.
