As an analytical Chemist,I am hardworking and committed individual. I have proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis samples, elemental analysis ,drafting research proposals and maintaining lab equipment.

I am also able to interpret, record and present any set of data obtained. I am committed to becoming a valuable team member by applying natural communication and leadership abilities to achieve the set goals. I believe that the skills I have will prove to be of benefit to your organisation.

Being a laboratory assistant at Kenya Institute of research and development,i have gained skills in elemental analysis of samples, product development and effective use of modern analytical equipment.I am proficient in qualitative and quantitative analysis of different samples and interpretation of analytical data as well.

Having also been a volunteer intern at the Kenya Red Cross Society, I have gained knowledge and understanding of the activities that support the implementation of projects. I am a responsible and self-driven individual and I can work in a pressured context with minimal supervision and prioritize duties accordingly in order to meet the stipulated deadlines and achieve the set goals.

I pursued a degree in Analytical Chemistry where i graduated with a first class honors from the University of Nairobi.

Some of the relevant modules i studied include:: Quantitative and qualitative analysis, Separation techniques, Statistics for Chemists, Instrumental methods of analysis, Safety methods in the laboratory, Quantitation of pollutants and Hazardous waste management.
