My name is Irene Cheptoo.I am a trained teacher working as a Matron and I have a privilege of looking after pupils being responsible for their health and well-being and the smooth running of the school.
Being a trained teacher,I have these qualities to handle pupils as a Matron I am always patient to listen to them with a sense of humour, ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, ability to deal with emergencies,good listening skills and warm , sympathetic personality.
I graduated from Kericho Teachers Training College in the year 2021 with a P1 Certificate and did a bit of nursing at Imperial college,but due to financial aid,I had to drop.
