My career has been built around strengthening business performance through data-driven decision-making, commercial reporting, process optimisation, and cross-functional coordination.

Currently serving as a Global Sales Operations Analyst at BURN Manufacturing, I support multi-country commercial operations by driving pipeline visibility, sales reconciliation, forecasting support, CRM governance, and performance analytics across African markets. I have consistently contributed to improving reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making through dashboards, ERP optimisation, and commercial insights.

My professional journey spans inventory management, logistics operations, retail analytics, and commercial planning with organisations including BURN Manufacturing, The Blue Group Qatar, Fargo Courier, and DHL Worldwide Express. This diverse exposure has strengthened my ability to align sales, finance, operations, and supply chain teams toward common business objectives.

I hold an MBA in Finance from Maseno University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Kenyatta University. I am highly proficient in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, EPICOR, CRM systems, and advanced business reporting tools.

I have over 15 years of progressive experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, inventory management, logistics, and business operations across Africa and the Middle East.

Currently, I work as a Global Sales Operations Analyst / Business Analyst at BURN Manufacturing, where I support commercial operations across more than 10 African markets. My role focuses on sales reconciliation, commercial reporting, forecasting support, CRM and ERP optimization, dashboard development, pipeline tracking, and performance analytics to improve operational visibility and decision-making.

Before joining BURN Manufacturing, I worked with The Blue Group in Qatar as an Inventory Manager supporting commercial and retail operations across 29+ showrooms in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. I was responsible for inventory analytics, stock optimisation, demand planning, ERP reporting, and supporting commercial teams through sales performance insights and operational reporting.

Previously, I served as a Logistics Inventory Manager at Fargo Courier Ltd in Kenya, where I managed inventory and distribution operations, forecasting, KPI reporting, and inventory optimization. During this period, I achieved high stock accuracy levels, reduced stock holding costs, and improved inventory turnover and operational efficiency.

I also held earlier roles as a Logistics Inventory Supervisor at Fargo Courier Ltd and Stock Accountant at DHL Worldwide Express, building a strong foundation in ERP systems, inventory control, reporting, logistics coordination, and operational analytics.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in commercial reporting, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, sales operations management, and cross-functional collaboration, helping organization's improve efficiency, accountability, and business performance.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Maseno University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Kenyatta University.
