 Acted as the first point of contact to the Clients at the Branch while maintaining quality service to achieve and maintain superior customer experience.

 Conducted 1st level underwriting of new business by carrying out completeness and accuracy checks to ensure accuracy of the captured data.

 Assessed the loss ratios and ensured that only quality business is invited for renewal.

 Issued quotations to the clients upon request and followed it up, responded to their concerns within the set guidelines to ensure business closure.

 Prepared motor certificates/comesa cards as requested by customers and ensured the manual certificate form for motor certificate issued is filled.
