I am a goal oriented, dynamic, passionate and self-starter. I am interested in the use of mathematical sciences to tackle issues which affect lives of people. In order to be better equipped for this, I studied Applied Statistics in combination with Computing at the university level.
I can be considered a statistician in training, capable of generating and/or collecting data, and performing first level preliminary analyses of the same using computer software such as MS EXCEL, R, SPSS and STATA alongside with the programming. In order to gain experience, I require additional training, specifically in data analyses and interpretation.
Data analyst.
Worked in the department of health records as data analyst at Kendu Adventist Hospital. Collected data and verified especially for the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) from lab and analyzed in the Kenya Health Information System Aggregates (KHISA).
Designed the forms and tools for collecting data from both words and labs of the hospital.
