I am Construction Manager by profession. My area of expertise involves cost, time and quality management for construction projects while analyzing construction risks and their contingencies. I also pre-plan construction works using Gantt Charts schedules and anticipate challenges and how to address them. I am competent in CAD software, namely ArchiCAD and AutoCAD which has led me to work as a draughtsman for different architects.
I have also been tasked to fill in several Bills of Quantities while also facilitating the tendering process. My experience in the construction industry grows with each challenge and I am completely capable in carrying out Architectural and structural works, Bills of Quantities, General supervision, Report writing, Feasibility studies just but to mention a few.
