DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To install the Electronic data management system for records and archive management for the organization. Making an audit of the digitized records to see the legibility of the records that were electronic. To maintain the digitized records database in the system that the records are stored and can be accessed by users. To train the users on how to access and retrieve the records from the system. To train users on how to store digital records in the database. Creating the security privileges on the system for the users thus making the records in the database secure from venerable users. Creating an offline backup system for retrieval purpose in case of damages.
Throughout the tasks that I was assigned I managed to lead my team to successfully implement the EDMS system in organization. It involved proper arrangement of filling system and having efficient digitization systems in place through this it helped the organization to up stand there operations efficiently to the clients and day to day running.

Duties and Responsibilities Capturing accounts opening of the clients to the system. Creating weekly report for the management. Creating access to the system users on the branch and the head office. Responded promptly to customer inquiries. Handled system failures for the client records. Processed orders, forms, applications and requests. Obtained and evaluated all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. Kept records of customer interactions and transactions. Maintained customer databases. Duties and Responsibilities Maintained the filling and labeling of the records that were to be archived Led a team of records clerks to sort and arrange the records in a proper and easily retrieval process. Effectively managed and solved customers’ complaints from lack to trace records. Built and maintained effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff. Acted as a mentor to other members of the records and archive management team.
Achievements.
Successfully managed to migrate the Banks records to their central archival center thus creating more working space and help the retrieval process to be efficient and effective thus customer satisfactory was high.
