Being in the construction company coordinating different projects and teams has honed my management and analysis skills.

I am responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents (plans), and specifications. Coordination of project teams including the interior designs, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Acts as a positive leadership role model motivates, directs utilizes appropriate leadership styles, and inspires an internal team of 3 members who are key to the success of every project.
• Ideate and conceptualize designs that fit the user's budget and as well as spatial needs as well as the scheme and detailed designs.
• Operations liaison to multiple consultants, stakeholders, and directors to ensure there is proper coordination and communication. This includes costs review, scope review, and Gantt charts.
• Tracked, managed, and coordinated the acquisition and project execution for 13 projects in the last 18 months.
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients in an accurate manner while responding to all the queries both verbally and in written format
• Developed the office ArchiCAD template for easy computation BIM management of drawings and workflow from conceptualization to documentation.
• Updating the office visual boards, Kanban boards, and Trello for efficient tracking and coordination.
