I have diverse experience in customer service.
That entails: Inbound, Social media and Outbound. Over the years I have worked under social media team and gained skills in handling chats on Facebook, Twitter and live chat. On inbound, I gained skills in troubleshooting and debugging errors as well as calming down irate customers and interpreting customers financial transactions.
On outbound, I was able to make sales calls and application calls. Also, I have gained skills in using both Microsoft word, excel and different customer relation management systems.
