I was working as a Customer Service Representative at Sendwave Limited, my roles were to answer and make calls to customers, assisting customer in troubleshooting, provide up to date remittance status of delivery etc Previously i was working as a Quality Analyst Assurance at Onfon Media and basically my roles were to monitor customer interactions with our agents via phone calls, emails and live chats, and also analyze customer service metrics. Before that i was also working as a Call Center Agent at CCI Kenya, and my roles were to answer questions about our products and services to customer via calls and emails etc. I was also working as a Front deck/ Cashier at Osowa Cyber and Internet Services whereby my roles were to present a professional and friendly first impression to clients, and also assisting in typesetting and printing all necessary documents.
I have a certificate at Computer Packages at Intro Technology Computer Services, and later on i did a Diploma in Cabin Crew Operation and Aviation Medicine.
