I am professional with over 10 years experience in various areas including trauma, acute emergencies and I have also worked with gender violence and children's homes. I am passionate about curative medicine but more so preventative because preventing an illness is better than the curative process.
I began my journey at Murang'a district hospital for internship, retained for post internship for two years.
I then proceeded to Karen hospital where I pioneered three of their branches and developed leadership skills while polishing already acquired medical skills.
I also worked with Nairobi Women's where I experienced the cruelty of gender violence and the protocols of treatment involved in them.
I worked with children's homes as the lead medical consultant, Nuru in Thogoto and Mogra in Kiambu. This gave me an opportunity to work with the less fortunate in society.
Graduated with MBBS at University of Nairobi.
Trained in ATLS, BLS and ACLS in 2016. Currently doing an upgrade of the same
