• Currently supporting the project overall compliance aspects, partner on boarding, budget management for sub recipients, monitoring 4 sub awards, financial review.
• Monitor the grant for legal, financial, and program compliance including but not limited to ensuring that grant requirements are correctly documented in the grant files and database.
• Help support sub awards come up with programs that focus on youth centered approaches and interventions in programming 
• Undertakes the role of risk management for the project.

• Grew the capacity of local implementing partners in financial management in accurate and timely reporting, enhanced internal controls and knowledge of donor compliance requirements.
• Successfully subcontracted thirty-two sub awardees through periodic obligation & reporting for CASE OVC project year 1 and 2 of the project after successfully working through a 6months transition period with 53 partners in 18 counties. 
• Successfully set up controls in procurement, finance & grants that ensured that the implementation and reporting for CASE OVC and APHIA Plus RIFT went on smoothly.
• Successfully managed key relationships with the project stakeholders and the donors both at ADS North rift and at Christian aid.
• Effectively helped transition the CASE OVC project for 48partners after the project award
