I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Karen Campus and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. I have worked with KASNEB as an Examinations Checker and where I gained vast experience of handling high volumes of work whilst adhering to strict deadlines and rules. I also gained administrative experience within a busy team.
Before then I volunteered at Kenya Human Rights Commission in the Legal Aid department where I assisted in providing legal information to people who are unable to afford legal representation and access to the court system. . I was committed to delivering excellence in resolving the less privileged with their legal dilemmas while maintaining the utmost integrity.
I have been a part time Research Assistant at Upward Bound Company Limited where I have gained experience of drafting proposals, data entry in a consistent and accurate way. I bear enthusiasm and willingness to learn to make great strides towards honoring my legal skills as well as other areas.
I did my pupillage at the Court of Appeal where I gained extensive experience in bookkeeping, performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties as well as completing legal documents. I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken and ability to work with diverse personalities.
Having successfully completed my Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law, I am poised to embark on a fulfilling legal career. However, the finalization of my admission as an Advocate has been momentarily delayed due to a pending subject, Commercial Transactions. While I am diligently working towards completing this requirement, I am eager to enhance my abilities and broaden my knowledge in various legal domains.
