Kenyatta National Hospital

I work at Kenyatta National Hospital as an attaché for about 3 months under the VCT department, my duties:

• Worked at the reception where I received guests and registered them
• Wrote minutes of the meetings within the department
• Received all incoming and outgoing letter within the hospital
• Also did some calculation of a file called a monitoring tool with the department

Worked as a personal assistant but also did office work as well my duties included:

• Wrote contracts for clients who came to hire vehicles
• Updated everything to the computer with Microsoft word and sometimes I would use WPS office
• Calculated the clients fee/bill with Microsoft excel
• Would check if the cars had any issues before hiring them to any clients, if indicated any issue would talk to manager about it and get if fixed.
• Incase of any major accidents involved with the company's vehicle, we would contact the insurance company the car was insured to and talk about the repairs to be done

I joined ICS beginning of 2022 and started to study for a secretarial course of which I am currently awaiting for my final exams and after I would like to enhance my studies because I started as a certificate student.
