i have experience in hotel work after having worked and managed my own restaurant and others' in Kampala Uganda, Ble Dor Lebanese restaurant in Goma DR Congo. whomever employs me profits because i produce snacks e.g. breads,pizzas,biscuits,cookies,chapatis, big and cup cakes etc.
i have owned a restaurant and a snacks shop before in Kampala, worked for other restaurants in the same city, worked for bakeries in Kampala. Last year, i worked for another restaurant in Democratic Republic of Congo called Ble Dor and it also had a bakery. so i know what it is to manager and operate a hotel or restaurant. i also produce all sorts of snacks.
