Joash Oyugi

I am an educational leader, educator, consultant, and researcher driven by purpose, innovation, and policy – passionate about building inclusive, future-ready, data-informed learning systems. I have over 10 years of experience in curriculum development, educational policy, digital transformation, and instructional leadership, which have helped me bridge the gap between research, policy reforms, and classroom practice.

To further hone my skills, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy at the Open University of Kenya. My research explores inclusive education, data-driven education policy, CDE implementation preparedness, and Graduate employability.

I am an ambitious seasoned professional with over 11 years’ experience in Research, Education, Content Writing and Administration with an ability to drive efficient and effective quality control measures to high standard performances. Well-versed in coordination and team work pertinent to organizational operations.
