A media production specialist based in Nairobi Kenya with a keen interest and ability in developing powerful and compelling human interest stories.

I believe that there is far greater impact be it on society, business or our personal lives when we tell our stories visually (images & videos) that's why I have specialized in story telling photography and videography.

2022-NOV-PRESENT- CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCER

I am currently working as a production consultant in this role using my skills in content ideation/ development, videography, photography and video/photo editing to deliver on different projects across different topical issues and spheres of life as per clients’ specifications.

2019-JUNE– 2022-NOV- FAMILY MEDIA

LEAD TV PRODUCER 

• Involved extensively in content development and production. I came up with concepts, planned, shot and edited stories/shows and saw them through to final exports for transmission on either television, radio or the digital platform.
• During this period I developed a brand new series on Kenya’s art, history and culture titled ‘HITASA’ that saw viewership grow as it attracted viewers not only from the young demographic but interested individuals from other age groups as well.
• I did exceptional in-depth interviews on health matters, testimonials with partners who are key financial contributors to Family Media, features on conservation, social justice, art, culture and climate change. 
• My brilliant script writing skills and content supervision for promos and programs saw me become the go to person for the station to ensure we have factual and compelling stories to impact and transform lives.
• To ensure quality productions I worked comprehensively on research as the backbone to a good story. I also possess working experience in editing and post production on Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro. 
• My work also included using my expertise in setting up camera, lighting and other production equipment both in studio and on location to deliver the best video and audio quality.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

I worked closely with senior producers from pre-production, the actual productions and post productions to deliver objective, high quality TV programs (talk shows, features). While working on this role I got to grow into my role as a reliable TV Producer as I developed my skills in content management, content strategy, video editing and camera operations.

2015-JAN- 2016-DEC- THE FOUNDER AFRICA

I was part of the team that established the framework for the founder magazine now the Founder Africa as a Writer, Online Editor and Social Media Handler. A platform that has grown in helping young people start, run and grow their business.

PRESENTER AND NEWS ANCHOR

• Worked as a presenter for the premiere entertainment show dubbed ‘Rave Up’- which involved the latest happenings in Kenya’s gospel industry as well music from the country’s renowned and uprising artists. At the time earning a nomination as Teeniez radio show of the year in the XTREEM AWARDS.
• News Anchor for the daily bulletins and weekly Christian news sharing updates from Kenya and the world.
