• Contributed many successful ideas to improve the efficiency of the production activities which included the design and fabrication of an adjustable drilling bench to eliminate the problem of a small feed of a drill press.
• Designed and fabricated a more robust and efficient cart that was used to ferry logs to and from a treatment plant. This reduced the breakdown of the cart by 80% and improved the carrying capacity by 150%.
• Worked effectively with a diverse team to accomplish daily objectives and meet long-term goals. Used my knowledge of engineering drawing to assist in the construction of an Adam retort kiln with masons from the Bonan construction company.
