I'm an hotelier with more than two years vast experience in food and beverage operations e.g budget management, staff training, cost control, staff recruitment and food and beverage production and service.

I have worked as a food and beverage supervisor at Bonds Garden Restaurant where I showed my skills in staff allocation, staff training, solving customer complaints, fine dining experience and conference and banqueting I also have experience in Bar operations for more than two years.

I did Diploma in Food and Beverage Production Sales and Service Management and also passed through the National Youth Service where I did fire fighting, drills, first aid, endurance and disaster management.
