With years of proven experience in providing customer service for several different companies, I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures, and standard processes through companies such as TALA (formerly InVenture Mobile), Britam Holdings, APA Insurance, CCI ( Call Center International), Deluxe Fruits among others where I have learned numerous skills in client experience and giving the best to ensure the client is always 100% satisfied with the services being offered.

I have remarkable communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills and perform all my duties rigorously while supporting overall company goals.

I am well versed in all the Microsoft Office suite applications and systems such as Zendesk, Five9, CRM, ERP, and Info On-Premise among others and I learn new applications quickly and efficiently. I am able to support team goals along with finishing my assigned tasks which makes me a perfect fit for a multitasking environment.
