I am currently working as a University Lecturer with over 8 years of teaching and supervision experience. Before this, I worked for about 5 years as a Quality Assurance Manager in a fish processing company. I hold a 4-year BSc degree in Food Science and Technology, MSc in Food Science and a PhD in Food Science.
I have special interests in Food Chemistry, Food Analysis, Food Quality Assurance, Food Quality, Food Fortification and Food Sensory Evaluation. I am ready to take on new challenges in my career whenever an opportunity is available.
