Assistant Port Clerk (July 2021 – to Date)

• Liaison between the company, clients and the customs office.
• Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
• Offer proper guidance on procedural customs tariffs.
• Follow-up on every customs entry is duly passed and settled.

  Clear goods through customs to their destinations for clients.

• Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments.
• Request and compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, etc.

• Duties and responsibilities were the same as in the former company above.

Office messenger (July 2019- June 2020)

• Collect, Sort and distribute all mails from post office, clients and business partners to the appropriate recipient’s destinations.
• Ensuring the packages are safe and ready for delivery as per the addresses on packages and documents.
• Planning and following the most efficient routes for delivering and collection of packages.
• Ensuring that a copy of the received goods receipt is issued for the company's documentation.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met at all times without failure.
