I strive to maintain accuracy and consistency in task completion, individual performance, and team goal-achievement, using acute attention to detail like during our pilot project of beyond tomorrow show with KTN after they gave us their reviews and corrections I managed to implement them to the later to avoid further mistakes hence minimizing costs of production. Additionally, I offer organization, problem-solving, and scheduling flexibility. My goal is to apply the knowledge acquired through the years in, Video Editing; photo manipulation, camera operation; free footage and photo assets websites, project management and preparation, human resource management, and organization skills to support increased efficiency.

Having been self-taught I know the importance of commitment and ill be committed to the company’s goals and targets.

Jan 2022 – April 2022 Film Director,

• Teamed with other production staff to collaborate on the final production of an edutainment talk show project by the name “BEYOND TOMORROW” which aired on KTN Home and had an audience feed of almost 800,000 for the first month per episode.

• As the director of the project, I was overseeing all the editing jobs while taking a major role in preparing the right materials to be edited, sorting out footage, organizing it, and making sure the script is followed to per during editing while at times doing it myself due to shortage of manpower and finances.

• I started out as a freelance videographer shooting weddings which I still do, then evolved to film in early 2020 when I did shoot set books into a film for a theatre company by the name Jicho four production-based here in Nairobi Kenya which gave me a soft landing into my next exploration with KICD (Kenya institute for curriculum development) based at NGARA, Nairobi Kenya WHERE I Helped them with shooting set books like kigogo which aired and still airs on Edu TV a television owned by the institution, I was also a big part of the editing team.
