- Servicing safety switches, safety buttons and ensuring adherence to safety measures for all personel and equipment

- Operating Combo unit machine, i.e, loader, oven, Blower and filling machine, ensuring the efficiency, productivity and reliability of filling and blow molding machines, Ensuring quality, safety and production targets with minimal product and material wastes
- Performing daily checks, cleaning the machines
- Compiling materials consumption report and production report on shifts
- Performing preventive, corrective autonomous and shut down maintenance
- Overhauling the whole packaging line which includes; disassembling labeling machine and assembling its parts like traction section, lift jack section, servo motors, cyclic gear assembly and hot glue tank assembly with their heaters
- Disassembling filling machine parts like product distributor, lift jacks, filling valves, flow meters and its traction section
- Disassembling and assembling geared motors for automatic lubrication
- Adjusting, resetting and replacing temperature sensors, pressure sensors and level sensors
- Calibration and validation of our production equipment like product mixers and buffer tanks
- Cleaning forty bar compressed air filters, dryers and auto drains
- Changeovers for blower machine parts, filling and labelling machines
- Monitoring working pressures and temperatures for blowing machine
- Ensuring complete safety adherence for everybody working in the area
