Josephine Flora

I have completed my bachelors degree in Education Arts at the University of Nairobi which makes me a teacher by profession. I am passionate about women empowerment not to say i am against men empowerment. I have had an opportunity to interact with women in the remote areas of Kenya and I Believe we have a long way to go. With the way the world is evolving I believe It is through social media that a lot of things can be achieved.

I started working as a front office manager in a law firm immediately after high school where I worked for about 4 years. During this time I was volunteering at CAMPDE VOICES where i was a mentor. I did reports on our mentorship programs and posted on our social media platform the progress.

I later on got a part time job at SHUJAAZ Inc where I hosted a show named Mic Yetu. It is a show on governance my duties were mobilizing people to watch the show and getting panelists for the show. Currently I work part time at WECARE 4 as a program officer.

I review scholarship applications and I'm also IN charge of our social media handles. This is me in a nutshell, I have been able to work in different positions and actually delivered well in almost all the positions I got.
