● Coordinating and directing projects from conception to conclusion.
● Managing project resources and creating a budget for each electrical project.
● Working and liaising with clients.
● Planning, overseeing and directing assigned electrical projects.
● Monitoring the budget, resources and all project progress.
● Reviewing all project specifications, contracts and cost estimates.
● Creating a safe working environment for all technical personnel.
● Supervising workers to ensure that they meet deadlines and quality standards.
● Monitoring projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
● Establishing standards for electrical safety in the workplace and making sure they are met.
● Managing the daily activities of the electrical department, including scheduling work tasks and directing crews.
