Joy Kageni

As an English Literature graduate, I am god in communication, critical analysis, and cultural understanding—skills that are highly transferable to the NGO sector. My academic background has honed my ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, conduct thorough research, and engage with diverse perspectives, all of which are essential in roles such as communications, program support, and community outreach.

As an English Literature teacher, I have developed strong communication, curriculum development, and student engagement skills. My experience in creating inclusive lesson plans and fostering critical thinking aligns well with roles in education-focused NGOs, particularly those working in diverse and underprivileged communities

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, where I engaged deeply with diverse literary texts, spanning various historical periods and cultural contexts.
