Joy Victory

My name is Joy Victory, and I am a confident, hardworking, and ambitious young professional with a background in Telecommunications Engineering, leadership, advocacy, public speaking, and digital engagement. Over the years, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through working with youth initiatives, public events, and online platforms. I am also the founder of The Young Leaders Africa, an organization focused on empowering young people and creating positive social impact.

In addition to my leadership experience, I have experience in voiceovers, public speaking, social media discussions, and audience engagement, which have strengthened my confidence, adaptability, and ability to connect with different people. I am passionate about learning, personal growth, teamwork, and creating meaningful impact wherever I work.

I consider myself creative, presentable, and highly motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to new environments. I am currently looking for an opportunity where I can grow professionally, contribute my skills, and gain valuable experience while positively representing the company I work with.

I have a two year experience working at the Kenya broadcasting corporation as a technical engineer at the signal links department that manages all tv signals, then at Tv centre unit where I got to learn on compression of signals and embedding and lastly at OBTV UNIT also known as the outside broadcasting tv unit. Where by I got to learn on how a studio set up is done outside the broadcast station.
