I am a former personable and very proactive debt collection agent at Mwananchi Credit Limited Nairobi, Kenya. My expertise is in customer service, sales and debt collection. In my previous role, I field 80-100 inbound calls and 120 outbound calls per day.

I take pride in representing my former employer and make it my mission to leave customers happy when they hang up the phone.
