I am a former personable and very proactive debt collection agent at Mwananchi Credit Limited Nairobi, Kenya. My expertise is in customer service, sales and debt collection. In my previous role, I field 80-100 inbound calls and 120 outbound calls per day.
I take pride in representing my former employer and make it my mission to leave customers happy when they hang up the phone. Besides being an debt collection agent, I have also worked as a loan officer and collection officer at Fourth Generation Capital Limited in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition, I've worked as a waitress at Hamag Hotel Mombasa.
I also worked as an ICT Support Staff at Travellers Beach Hotel and Caryard sales assistant and Customer service agent at Interdunia Mombasa Limited.
I took a two course of Information Communication Technology diploma level and graduated with a credit score in the year 2019
