Duties:

• Work with business partners to ensure documentation is comprehensive and thorough, taking various viewpoints into account

• Primary liaison between Store Design and Field with regard to renovations, storage, moves
• Provide 24/After Hours and emergency support to field
• Partner on testing and documentation for all system enhancements / implementations, both on traditional POS and Mobile POS
